- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused and in original packaging
To request a return or replacement, please contact us with order details and supporting images. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed as per our policy.

Products once opened, used, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
